Among them is a 3-D Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) model Excel 652UM/UC, a Keyence Image Dimension Measuring System model IM-7030T, and an arsenal of precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, block gauges, and more. This advanced equipment empowers us to meet a wide range of inspection requirements.
One notable application of our technology is manufacturing a specialized dial for a customer. This wheel requires precise pad-printed markings, and the CMM’s rotary feature allows us to measure the distance in degrees between the marks, as well as the straightness of them, with accuracy.
The Keyence Image Dimension Measuring System has significantly revolutionized efficiency by reducing inspection time. One of the best examples of its remarkable time-saving capabilities was when we transitioned the inspection of 32 discs from manual mode. With the Keyence Image Dimension Measuring System, the inspection time was reduced from over 45 minutes to a short three-minute cycle, boosting productivity and ensuring that customer deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
