Our quality department is an integral part of achieving and maintaining our excellent quality record. We are equipped with a new Keyence IM-7030T and Micro-Vu Excel 652UC CMM to handle precise inspection requirements. We also frequently use QC-Calc SPC software for data collection and analysis as required.
Quality starts on the production floor– our operators, set-up staff, and foreman are proficient in inspecting all products for cosmetic criteria.
Our inspection department monitors not only the cosmetic criteria, but the critical dimensional criteria for each product. Inspection is done at specified intervals throughout each run to ensure that all parts meet standard and are of the highest quality.
