- ISO Class 6 – Secondary Operations Clean Room
- Our Class 6 clean room (248 sq ft) includes ultrasonic cleaning capabilities and Deionized water (DI), supported by a closed-loop UV sterilized water system.
- ISO Class 7 – Secondary Operations Clean Room
Our ISO 7 clean room (244 sq ft) is fully customizable for each program and supports clean room assembly services, including ultrasonic welding, vibration welding, pad printing, assembly, and testing.
- ISO Class 8 – Portable Clean Rooms (2x)
Mobile, portable ISO Class 8 room environments (99 sq ft each) that can be configured based on program requirements.
- ISO Class 8 – Hard Wall Injection Molding Clean Room
Our hard wall ISO Class 8 room (989 sq ft) contains 6 injection molding machines ranging from 39 to 143 tons. This environment supports clean room contract manufacturing for regulated applications and can operate in compliance with ISO 18385 (forensic DNA molding) when required.
Depending on the program, we also have the ability to run clean room assembly services in-line with molding, improving efficiency and reducing handling risk. Our operators are specially trained in clean room protocols and requirements, ensuring consistent performance in highly regulated environments.
