Quality is of paramount importance at Westec. We are currently registered to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. All production components are inspected by our Quality Assurance department prior to a production run, and are subsequently inspected every two hours throughout the duration of each run. Upon order completion, the product is inspected once again for conformity to all requirements, and cannot be shipped from our facility until all quality criteria has been satisfactorily achieved. All raw materials are verified for conformity by our Receiving Inspection department, and are never released to production until conformance is guaranteed. Our Quality Assurance department prefers to work closely with all of our valued customers to establish all pertinent quality criteria prior to initiating a production run. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we work expeditiously to resolve any quality issues, when possible, before they arise as well as immediately upon detection.

Our Quality department works diligently with our Production and Tooling departments to continuously improve upon our efficiencies, reduce and eliminate rejects through a sound corrective / preventive action system based on root cause analysis, and to continually improve upon customer satisfaction.
