Q. Do you do Rapid Prototyping?
A. We can provide Rapid Prototyping, but our regular turnaround times are so short that most customers do not need to pay the extra cost.
Q. How do I know what resin is the best choice for my parts?
A. We, along with our resin suppliers, help customers make the right choice for their parts.
Q. Can you use our existing molds?
A. Most molds are built to SPI standards, so we are usually able to mold parts for customers using their existing tooling.
Q. What files do you accept?
A. We can read most CAD files.
Q. Do you perform a “design for manufacturability study” as part of the order process?
A. Yes.
Q. What is your defect rate for delivered parts?
A. Our defect rate is 19 parts per billion parts delivered.
Q. How long have your five biggest customers been your customers?
A. Our largest volume customers have been with us more than ten years.
